The unit is designed to be set within 10 minutes and was installed in over 20 locations during its tour through France, Germany, Belgium and Holland.

The broadcasts all involve reconfigurations and remixes of CNN sound-bytes. This 'new news' propagates a personally adjusted view of the world using the authoritative voice of CNN.

The work speaks of the desperate attempt to find a truth in the mass of propaganda and try to speak it out, and the unit is the technological outcome of this attempt which is bound to fail.

A portable solar powered public  announcement system and radio station for broadcasting a sound project in public space.
